Excelled today service, brilliant social distance and availability in store. Managed to find a great product for a great value

Staff friendly and knowledgeable but not overbearing and left to my own devices until ready to order. Was given a coffee whilst looking around. As the mattress I wanted was out of stock Dave recommended a more suitable one - it was for my daughter he said she’d find it more comfortable and as it was £50 more than the other one he gave me half price assembly.

We always knew we would get the right products at Dreams but the personal help from Marika made all the difference and turned 'satisfactory' into 'highly satisfactory'.
