We have shopped at Dreams before and have always found the staff both knowledgeable and helpful with our purchases. Today was no exception and your colleague Fran went out of his way to explain the qualities and benefits of different beds and mattresses available. He was also kind enough to provide us with coffee whilst we tested out different models and he completed our order and purchases both quickly and efficiently. Our shopping experience today at Dreams, as always, was wholly satisfactory and we are planning to return in a months time to purchase various bedding items to go with our new bed and mattresses.
