We were greeted very nicely by a member of staff who explained if we needed and help to just ask, which we later did. There was no pushy salesmen type service which we really appreciated. The whole experience of buying a bed and mattress was almost enjoyable. Fran is a credit to your company and we will be recommending visits to the store to our friends.
