He was never pushy in his sales technique but made us try the mattress selector and then the options it suggested and let us make our own decision with his input into the process. We were offered coffee and all in all it was a pleasurable experience especially as we'd only come in for a 'look' (though we had plans to replace our bed later in the year) The H&S guidelines were followed - sanitising etc.

All very good team very helpful and had bed onsite so could take it away same day no issue. Bed installed the same afternoon at home. Great service
