John was extremely welcoming, explained the H&S protocol, showed us the test bed and gave us some options. We wanted to look around on our own so he let us do that until we couldn’t locate specific mattresses and he helped us. He was knowledgeable and friendly and we bought two mattresses plus pillows at his suggestion. He did a good job!

Good choice of beds, although our first choice was not on display in this store. Friendly and efficient staff, good social distancing measures in place.

We were greeted very kindly by a staff member called John Kelly, he explained the colour code system of the mattress which we found incredibly useful as we were searching for a specific type, and had difficulty locating these in other stores. We were given space to looking around and discuss our options. The check out service with John was very efficient and worked very well around our plans, which we were worried about as moving house and arranging everything can be tricky! John also told us about all the offers which came with the mattress we ordered which we were very pleased with and helped us to finish off those last few bits we may have forgotten with our move! It was a pleasure dealing with John and all your staff are approachable and friendly. Thank you for making our visit straight forward and keeping us safe.

We were not impressed with either the assistant or the service we received some years ago and vowed never to return. However John Kelly restore our faith, he was extremely helpful, polite and restored our faith in shop assistants! Unfortunately the fabric we chose for the headboard was unattainable and we had to return to choose another which was a shame, but not John's fault.
