I got recommended to come here by a family member who had previously purchased a mattress from here, and I am sure glad I did come in the end and did not end up purchasing my product online. Everything went smoothly during my visit to the store, I do not really have a complaint about anything (apart from the price but since I custom ordered my bed it is to be expected, plus quality comes at a price). From the staff member explaining the difference between the beds and mattresses to the actual custom order being placed. Especially enjoyed how friendly the staff member that showed me around was and overall, thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Dreams.

We were served by a very nice man called Fran who didn't rush us and made us feel that he was interested and by spending time in finding us the right bed for our son.
