Everything was explained on entering the store. Talked about what we were looking for and found the perfect bed very quickly. The whole experience very safe

Greeted with a smile and a good morning. Hand sanitiser on entering. Pillow and cover and extra paper provided so I could lie on a selection of beds. Assessment carried out to see what type of mattress would be suitable for me. Refreshment would have been provided under normal circumstances but not possible due to Covid-19. Dreams Colleague, James, was very polite, efficient, friendly and knowledgable and not in the least pushy. Altogether a pleasant buying experience.

Assessment carried out to see what type of mattress would be suitable for me. Refreshment would have been provided under normal circumstances but not possible due to Covid-19. Dreams Colleague, James, was very polite, efficient, friendly and knowledgable and not in the least pushy. Altogether a pleasant buying experience.
