The service from Vic was brilliant, he took the time to understand our needs and find a suitable mattress and showed good product knowledge. Much better than previous experience with a competitor store where we ultimately bought a mattress that wasn't actually suitable. This time we felt secure in the knowledge that we were purchasing something that would be suitable for us.
