We were served by Slim the Store Manager who was very helpful and generous with his time. His product knowledge was comprehensive and nothing was too much trouble. Even though I was spending money it was an enjoyable experience. His assistants were equally as pleasant and helpful, even had hot drinks provided. Good selection of mattresses, very helpful staff and pleasant environment. No pressure to purchase and plenty of time given to decide.

This is the second time I have purchased a new King Size mattress from Dreams in the last sixteen years and in the intervening period, although the staff has changed, the level of product knowledge and exceptional customer service has been maintained.
