Much better experience than I anticipated, plenty of available staff eager to help. And plenty of choice I was offered a drink more than once which was a nice touch. Found exactly what I was looking for at a good price.

Friendly efficient service

The sales representative, Angelo, was very friendly without being pushy. He listened to what we wanted and suggested we tried the mattress selector which we did and it showed us which mattress would be suitable. He then showed us the appropriate mattresses and we found the first one we tried was perfect.

I have rated our overall experience at Dreams Highly Satisfied as the Customer Service was Excellent,really friendly,knowledgeable without being too overpowering!

I had a friendly greeting when I entered the store which was nice. The lady who dealt with me was able to fully advise on what was most suitable for my needs. She had a good knowledge of the products and was able to answer my queries with ease, which gave me confidence in the advise given to me and my choice of purchase.

slim was very helpful he went through a thorougher check to find the right mattress for my back and he he did a test on the bed that guides you for the right mattress for my back. was very pleased with the service he did to make sure i had the right mattress for my my needs. would recommend dreams to my friends and family

Met us at door, with friendly assistant who took time out to listen for what we wanted. He also explained everything clearly and gave us decent options to choose from. 10/10 for vic.
