I was served by Angelo at Bentley bridge Wolverhampton.His product knowledge was excellent,and his showed passion for good customer service.

We previously that day had a rubbish experience at bensons where we had 3 of the team leap on us as soon as we walked through the door. They didn’t take our budget into account. However we tried dreams and we were greeted by Bobby who left us to it but was around for any questions we had. He was not pushy and made us make our own decisions

Me and my wife had a great time trying out your beds . We were very important with your modelling software to find us the perfect mattress. The experience was made easy and quite enjoyable by the member of staff hollie from Wolverhampton Bentley bridge store. She made us feel at ease and was very knowledgeable on your products . We were shocked to find our age was still on probation. She was amazing like she had been with your company for years . Overall a pleasant and smooth process very happy .

Sales assistant Angelo was brilliant he remembered I had call enquiring last week and was able to explain clear to my grandmother what was available and listened to what was required

Entered store, greeted and asked if I need assistance just shout, then left alone to browse. When I then asked for help the guy was polite, well spoken, knowledgable with a friendly but not pushy manner. He understood my needs and pointed me to a matress I had not spotted, even offered a pillow to get a similar experience to the one I would have at home. To complete the deal he found me a special offer on matress cover. Just a breath of fresh air to the shopping experience.
