The gentleman who served us was knowledgeable, extremely polite and attentive to our needs. It really was a pleasure to buy the product and took the stress out of shopping!

Wasnt sure what firmness of mattress to choose. Went on sleep machine and was amazed at how it chose a wide range of suitable mattresses for my requirements. Angelo was very helpful from the very start of the process until the final process of payment

The member of staff who dealt with us, Aman, was fantastic. While I want the best advice and knowledge in the product I’m purchasing, I don’t want to feel I’m been pushed to make a purchase of an unsuitable product. I felt that Aman executed this perfectly.

Help received was instantly useful and concise while having transparency when discussing the pros and cons of different products and/or add-ons. The store was laid out well and space itself was bright and airy. The process of choosing a mattress could have been a little drawn out between me and my partner yet the Dreams colleague was patient and understanding throughout and even prompted us to look around at other competing stores. We did so and came back later in the day to purchase the mattress and the process was seamless. At the point of writing this, I have had it delivered on the day stated and had a few nights sleep and can confirm the process and product were/are great.

aman and pavan was extremly helpful made me feel comfortable and asked me loads of questions to find the best bed and mattress best for me - i only went in for a bed but also bought a tempur mattress ! great customer service given !

Me and my boyfriend would recommend dreams , when we walked in we wasn’t pressured into anything Slim the store manager was very friendly and let us have a looking round without bombarding us. He was very helpful and knew a lot about the products.
