My visit to Dreams store was very good very welcoming on entering the Store but Hollie the assistance.she was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed also made a drink for myself and son-in-law, very thoughtful and helpful. I had had the same helpfulness on a previous visit .Elizabeth O’Donohue

Bobby helped us to choose bed that I was looking for my son. Bobby explained the best mattress that was available and went around the store to show different beds that were available. I had no issues placing the order mainly due to the service given by Bobby.

the assistant was knowledgeable about the beds and what we were after pacticularly using the bed that assessed what your requirements were, I must admit i was skeptical before using it, but changed my mind after it fine tuned our choice to the type of mattress we were after. The assistant was helpful and cheerful in her dealings with us which meant we had a good customer experience.
