On attending store we were greeted by a very pleasant member of staff. Made us feel very welcome, offered us a drink while we were discussing our options of products we wanted to purchase.

We went to Dreams only to browse, but ended up taking advantage of the sleep sense as it was available. When we entered we were greeted by Angelo, who was very friendly and helpful, and also very knowledgeable about all the mattress available.

Friendly and helpful, didn't rush us. Showed us a variety of beds and mattresses.

I found that the manager Slim was extremely helpful and assisted in a very polite and professional manner. He listened to our needs and was able to provide exactly what was required.

Mandy who served me was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in making my choice of purchase.

We've been saying for so long we need to go and buy a new bed and I'm so glad we finally have, it was so easy and the staff we're more than helpful. No pushy sales tactics used and we were given enough information for us to be sure we've made the right choice. We were offered a hot drink and the whole process was very relaxed. Staff were very patient with our two young children who were with us and allowed them to sit happily on one of the beds waiting for us without us feeling like we needed to rush. Couldn't be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

Aman the sales person was extremely helpful and patient whilst I helped my 95 year mother select a new bed and mattress.
