The member of staff, Mandy, greeted us as we entered the store and was very friendly and helpful throughout without being pushy. She answered our questions confidently and with assurance. We did not feel pressured to buy. We felt that she was happy to spend the time with us making sure we understood. She offered us a cup of coffee to make our visit less formal.

We received a warm welcome from Angelo as soon as we walked into the store he wasn’t pushy just gave us the attention when needed his knowledge of the beds was excellent. He took his time to show us the beds we were interested in even though we did arrive at a late time when the store was due to close nothing was to much trouble even asked if we would like a coffee the whole experience was second to none and I would highly recommend my family and friends to use the Bentley Bridge Store.

Attentive without being obstrusive, Pav was helpful and knowledgeable in all products. She offered us drinks and the opportunity to try out the bed test mattress. This was an excellent experience.
