We were highly satisfied as we were greeted with a smile and a very warming welcome. Our needs were met and we left the store with the bed we had pictured. The staff had a laugh with us and weren’t impatient when we were describing what we were looking for.

Me and my partner came to buy a new bed frame and a mattress. We were approached instantly by a lovely gentleman called James who was very nice and friendly. He made sure we got what we wanted and were satisfied.

I’m very satisfied with the service that we received at the dreams store especially with Angelo and the way he treated us with respect and he gave us great customer service and made us feel really relaxed and didn’t feel pressured into making a decision or a purchase. And he helped us find the right choice for us after we used the mattress finder machine which helped us make an easier choice on the mattress. Would like to give a massive thanks to Angelo

We were able to speak to a knowledgeable member of staff who went through the whole buying experience with us. He seemed to know what he was talking about and able to demonstrate to us what we should be looking at and how the mattresses were put together and the types of mattress. The shop was clean and we were able to get what we wanted in one visit. The member of staff was friendly left us time to consider what we wanted to do and wasn't pushy into trying to get a sale.

Thr dales assistant was friendly and ifficient, and seemed to know a lot about the items we were purchases. I have brought bedroom furniture previous from Dreams Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton and each time I have gone into the store the sales assistants have been more than happy to help and their has never been any pressure sales. I would recommend this stor to any protentional new customers
