I was overwhelmed by the amount of choice but Angelo took time to explain the differences between the mattresses to me and was very patient and friendly whilst I made my decision. What I liked most about him was he didn't pressurise me like some sales staff do but stood back and gave me time. Fantastic service

We were looking for a new bed and had no idea about mattress or base but the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable giving us lots of options without being pushy and we were soon able to make a decision on a new bed! Ordering was also an easy experience! Thank you James and the staff at Dreams

Really pleased with friendly staff no pressure sales people .nice relaxed atmosphere in the store we were offered tea and coffee there were biscuits available too.angelo was very professional and knew his job well .lovely man Nice selection of beds and mattresses. Pleased with what we have selected and the price is good as well.

Beforehand I thought this purchase was going to be a very difficult desicion, but I was asked if I needed any help from Angelo, from then on I knew his knowledge would be invaluble, Angelo was very professional and friendly at all times. I will defenetly go back there for a bed.

Friendliness of the staff when we entered the store, the encouragement to try out the beds with feet up, provision of pillows to test sleeping comfort, Angelo was excellent in his presentation overall, makes a mean cup of tea and offered us a second cup, tested out several different makes and compared comfort until we decided up on the final mattress we wanted. The pillows provided we ended up buying additionally because of their comfort.
