Angelo was brilliant, after entering the store I explained the budget for the mattress and showed him a picture of a bed I had already chosen, he wasn't pushy he showed me all my options ones below my budget and one above budget, couldn't fault his knowledge of the products and his customer service skills, very easy and enjoyable process and will be reccomending friends to go and see him in future if they want a bed

James was extremely friendly without being overbearing or a pushy sales person. He had great knowledge of the products and directed me to suitable items depending on my requirements. he was also able to suggest advice on a previous Dreams order to me - to help save me money!

I was greeted by a very friendly assistant who was very knowledgeable about the particular beds I was interested in. I didn't feel pressured in any way about buying a particular bed.

I am happy of the availability of the purchase that met my needs and glad that I came back when the sale was on and appreciate the time Angelo dealt with helping me get what I wanted.
