I havent bought a mattress for many years. So having everything explained to me in a simple and straightforward manner was just what I needed. There was plenty of choice, beds to lie on and test, a cup of tea, and plenty of explanation with no pressure selling.

Served by slim and Angelo, had an idea what I wanted before I went in slim took Me straight to what I was looking for explained options helped find right mattresses in no time, offered drinks through out. Angelo served me at point of sale, again explained what I needed to know, efficient friendly service.

Steph was extremely friendly, very helpful, took her time going over the various items we were interested in. Left us at times to talk things over and made the ordering process easily explained.

Angelo was helpful, knowledgeable and we genuinely felt he was trying to find the best product for us.

A very helpful discussion and identification of my needs

Time was taken to help me reach a decision

My wife and myself went out on a shopping trip to purchase a new mattress for our double bed. We went in to our local Dreams store at Bentley Bridge in Wednesfield. Thats when the shopping trip turned into a shopping experience of the highest quality. We went into the store and started looking at beds, my wife was talking to one of the assistants and he came over to us. From that moment on we knew we were in good hands,his name was Angelo,he was a cheery looking man and he started to talk mattresses. His knowledge was invaluable he pointed us in the direction of the mattress that best suited our needs. He even answered two questions i had not even asked and he was instrumental in us making the purchase that we did. What a great shopping experience how many people can say that. He even found time to make us a lovely cup of tea before we got down to the paperwork. He went through all the paperwork clearly,sorted our delivery date to what was best for us we even had a couple of minutes to talk grandchildren his and ours,by the way this conversation was instigated by my wife Thank you Angelo.
