Dreams - Wolverhampton

this is down to ANGELO mainly our customer service assistant whilst in the wolverhampton bentley bridge store .Angelo was extremely knowledgeable and although when we arrived he was serving another customer he immediately introduced himself and gave a run through of the colour coded products whilst we had a look around he then came and explained in more detail and was extremely helpful his customer service was outstanding he really is a credit to dreams .Overall all staff where friendly and approachable and the store was clean tidy and well laid out .We are extremely happy with our purchase and would definitely return

Staff where friendly and it was quick and easy to purchase the bed we wanted. Extremely happy they could deliver the bed on our moving day

Staff were really friendly and helpful both times I visited leading up to my purchase. Me and my family were offered drinks and I wasn't rushed at all when trying to decide what I wanted. Unlike other bed shops I'd been to I didn't feel like I was being pressured or hounded by the staff. The quality of the beds all seemed good and were put together properly, and everything seemed nice and clean.

The attention I received from Amanda at Bentley Bridge was fantastic nothing was too much trouble & even when items were blocked she still managed to find the nearest alternative. Great service great assistant.

I knew what I wanted, explained to the lady who served me and she took control and showed me a variety of options and helped me to choose what was right for me.

I came in 1st a few weeks ago and spoke to Aman when the store was getting refitted. Aman was fantastic even though the store was being refitted and then I came back 2nd time and spoke to Jim as Aman was off but it was closing time so we came back in another day and spoke to Aman. He was great went through everything and made me and partner laugh.
