The primary reason I was so highly satisfied was the knowledge and friendliness of the assistant that helped me from the moment I entered the store, it was an absolute pleasure to be advised and assisted by Amanda at Dreams Bentleybridge Wolverhampton, if only all shop assistants were so personable, life would be so much nicer. Coupled with an excellent product line which virtually guarantees satisfaction shopping here is about as good as it gets.

Wide range of quality products to view and try, light spacious and warm environment. Made to feel special and very important to find the correct mattress that suited our needs. Given as much time as we needed to make our choice no pressure from the sales staff, which is very important to me.

The sales person Aman was very helpful Didnt felt rush into buying and he was very understanding with what i needed. He also was patient with me as i speak broken english.

Excellent customer service from Aman

Amanda spent plenty of time with us and her product knowledge was excellent. She even noticed my car was being broken into on the retail park and called the police, assisted me with sweeping glass out of my car, asked it I wanted a drink etc. She really went above an beyond what would be expected as good customer service. I cannot thank her enough. Amanda is an exceptional sales woman and throughly good human being. Thank you so Amanda.
