Friendly service and not pressured, we had time to try the beds by ourselves after being advised. Angelo did everything he could to help us and to sell us the right products at the best price he could.

The assistant, Angelo, was very informative and knowledgeable. He listened to us and answered our questions. There was a good range of products in store and we were given the time to check out the product range.

Angelo our assistant was very helpful. We were only browsing in the shop and wasnt planning in buying but he was so helpful and is an excellent salesman, he is a credit to your team and because of his excellent help we left the store having purchased a new bed and a new mattress. 10/10.

I gave highly satisfied because Angelo was so very helpful and so was the store manager. Nothing was too much trouble which is really great. Angelo explained everything clearly and he even made me a cup of tea which was lovely of him. I would recommend dreams to everyone.

The person who delt with us while we in the store his name was slim he was fantastic he had so much information about the beds it made a huge difference to us making a decision on what bed and mattress to buy would recommend that store to everyone i know.

We arrived at the store looking to purchase a bed & mattress.. Angelo came over to us welcomed us to the store and asked if we needed any help, we said we were just looking at that time, he said if we needed any information on any bed or mattress just to give him a shout, we found a bed Angelo came over and recommended the mattress and the bed we purchased he was very helpful in also telling us there was 20% off any silentnight, so with the saving we made on the bed we also purchased a new headboard, would like the thank Angelo for all the help he gave us, My husband and he got on well has they both like a game of golf :)

We went to look at headboards and ended up buying one plus a sofa bed; we had been looking for one for a while and just what we wanted was on display.

The assistant Angelo was very good in explaining what was available and letting me try all types of bedding so that I could make my choose as what would suit my needs best ,I would definitely use your store again when I need bedding again
