From the moment we entered the store the sales assistant made us feel welcome and was very attentive to our requirements.

The store assistant was very friendly despite being busy, she had the time to show us different mattresses and set up the science bed to find out what mattress I needed.

Aman was very nice and helpful.

Angelo was a very helpful salesman fully understanding what we needed

The Dreams worker Angelo, who helped us find what we were looking for, was amazing at helping us find the perfect bed and mattress for the price range that we needed it to be. He was excellent at giving us an ample amount of information as to which mattresses we should buy for specific back problems, money and time savers. I am very satisfied by my visit to dreams as I was able to find exactly what I was looking for thanks to Angelo and his help.

The member of staff was attentive and kind. He was also very good with my 5 year old son.

Aman, the Dreams Colleague was very patient with us going round the store looking at mattresses and beds although the bed frame we wanted wasn't in store Aman went the website to confirm the one we wanted. He used the system the identify the right mattress for us and from our feedback moved on until we found the one we wanted. He also advised my wife on a pillow, not selling the most expensive but the best one for her needs. Excellent Service.

The assistant was friendly pleasant knowledge and patient,answered all my questions without hesitation, and did all of this without any pressure. that is a big bonus for me, because i have left many stores when i feel i am being followed around and under pressure.
