i was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because of the helpfulness of the sales assistant and how she processed our order without a hitch, we got the bed, mattress and delivery we wanted with out question. i will certainly recommend this store to a friend and will be back the next time i require a bed.

I arrived at the store with a firm idea of what I wanted. I was assisted by James who was very knowledgeable, he allowed me to wander around the store at my own pace after asking me if required any help. Once he could see that I couldn’t decide he came back to me and asked what I was looking for. I was very specific and he directed me to a mattress identical to the hotel one that I had in mind. He gave me the same pillow I use for my medical condition and encouraged me to lie down and get comfortable. Rather than do the “hard sell” I had expected he made me a coffee and we chatted, he answered all of my questions without hesitation and allowed me to make my own choice, even suggesting that before I commit to the base that I go home and make sure there was enough room on my landing to accommodate the turn into the bedroom. When I discovered it was too big I returned to the store and was served by Slim who was both very professional and very relaxed. The ordering process was straightforward and the other staff treated me like an old friend. The rapport in the selling team was very good. I ended up buying bedding as well because the quality was so good, I would recommend !!!

The two attendants, really seemed to have knowledge of exactly what I was looking for, they were very patient, always with a smile and even suggested that I test the product by lying on the bed/mattress. I was really impressed with the welcome, I was offered a drink... Liked that I have always trusted and bought from Dreams, I trust their quality online or instore.

Pav was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She asked manager Slim for an opinion and he was equally customer focused. Really good service from a friendly team. And they made us tea.

The advisor "Slim" took ample time with my to understand my needs and preferences. I felt this was a very honest discussions where at no time did I feel under pressure to make a purchase.
