Advisor named Slim was very friendly and had knowledge of the bed as I was a little sceptical of buying a ottoman the first time, overall had a think and came back to store and he was very helpful also made conversation with my lad as he was bored Bed shopping hehe but yes thank you great service.

Very friendly staff, particularly Angelo who helped us. Easy to place order and delivery.

The staff were friendly and very approachable without being pushy. They provided us with lots of information about the different products and options without making us feel obliged to actually buy anything. This helped us make our own mind up but with the best information and advice they could offer. Slim and Angelo were extremely efficient and friendly.

The two guys who looked after us were superb, an absolute credit to your company. Your products are also superb, a little dearer than I'd prefer but the quality does seem exceptional which us why we made purchases. We were also not "hunted down" or pestered on arrival.

Disabled parking in front of shop, easy door access. Assistant Aman was very helpful. Pointed out offers to us. I was able to sit to make my order with comfort and ease and no pressure of the time it took.

We were welcomed on arrival but not pounced on. The staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable about their product.
