The support I received from the assistant (Angelo) was really good. All of my questions were answered and I felt no pressure to purchase. The store manager (Slim) was also very helpful.

Even though it was very busy in the store the assistant took the time to discuss the product and arrange delivery to suit my requirement. He informed me of options should there be a problem when the item is delivered. Overall I’m happy with the whole process.

Very knowledgable staff, recommended 3 mattresses that they thought would suit us then left us alone to lie on them and decide which one we wanted. Very efficient service.
