From start to finish, customer service and quality of products are very good.

Angelo at the Wolverhampton store was very helpful. Knew he’s products and was very friendly.

My partner and my self were made very welcome ,by all the friendly and helpful staff ,also we both received a coffee as we placed order .The gentleman explained very well in regards our order ,overall it was a very pleasant experience and that we were glad we chose dreams at Bentley bridge. 😁😁😁👍

The staff were highly trained and their assistance was very helpful with their know-how over the product. And they were equally very friendly. With this type of behaviour of this staff I would be happy to come back again.

accidently ordered wrong size bed/mattress. Took along time to rectify the issue but the staff were super helpful and called me at home after to keep me informed as to what was going on

My partner & I had a long day moving our belonging from London to Wolverhampton, a very early start left us feeling very drained & looking quite scruffy by time we had visited the store which was almost closing time. The gentlemen Angelo, took his time to go through the SleepMatch with us to ensure we were getting what we wanted, not knowing whether we had intentions of buying that day or not & considering our appearance at the time he was not phased by that which was incredible as most salespeople would not of given us a second look. He then took his time in showing us several different mattress’, thoroughly explaining the technology behind each & different price ranges, finally giving us a demonstration as to how the bed works etc & we even ran passed the closing time but he was still more than happy to place our order. Absolutely wonderful gentlemen indeed. I could of placed my order at home however the satisfaction I get knowing he 1) has a name mention via this review & 2) he’ll get a nice little commission out of the order. Highly valuable employee.

Hollie and her trainer were very informative about the products, they helped us choose the mattress that suited our requirements best. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy just a friendly approach .We left the store feeling very satisfied.

Everything was on one level. The beds were set out so that you could look around them with ease. We wasn't rushed into making a purchase, the salesman left us to browse until we were ready to make a purchase. Our salesman Davinder was very pleasant and helpful and explained everything during our purchase, and the coffee was excellent.
