Aman and Amanda were very friendly and very good knowledge of products.

Angelo was very knowledgeable. He gave us time and space to test out the mattresses before coming back to us to discuss what we had liked or didnt like, before offering us additional alternatives and leaving us again to talk and test them out , he was attentative but not to the point where we felt hasselled nd was there when we needed him . Angelo certainly hads the right balance if customer service helpful knowledgeable friendly kind and funny a great asset to your store. Store was clean well laid out and he explained the colour coding he even found a pillow similar to the one we have at home to test the mattresses. A great customer experience.

The friendly helpful staff (Angelo in particular) listened fully to our needs, gave us options to consider and very thorough advice to lead us to our final purchase.

We where very overwhelmed with the amount of different products that were available when we arrived, we were approached and had some helpful explanations and then left to peruse the ranges, again approached several times to see if we were ok and needed any more help, but at no time did we feel pressured to make a decision too quickly and would have felt fine to walk away to make a decision and purchase at a later date, however we managed to make a decision with the help of staff on the day with no pressure

Received assistance straight away and all my queries were answered. Very helpful with purchase of the bed.

Got what I wanted

on visiting the store today i was greated by freindly staff. Aman soon asked me what i was looking for and went out of his way to help me, which i was fery pleased about as it's quite daunting deciding which mattress to choose, I was offered coffee while i looked around overall i was extremely satisfied with the service i was given and made my shopping experience streee free.
