Steph in Wolves who served us was fantastic. We were buying a bed for my teenage son so we we had some great banter and her customer service was still professional and her knowledge was great.

I had already chosen the bed I wanted online but wanted to see it in- store. There was an excellent choice of beds and the store was well set out with plenty of room to look around. Angelo was extremely helpful and talked me through the benefits of the product insurance, available delivery dates etcetera. He checked that the particular bed was in stock and I did not feel rushed into buying. Excellent service and lovely products.
