Amanda greeted us and was extremely well informed very helpful throughout our visit. A delight to have staff who are knowledgeable and professional and so pleasant.

The assistant gave us the opportunity to look at all available beds which were suitable for us and listened and gave advice about the best products to look at which gave us faith in what to buy. Thank you.

Friendly professional advise and no pressure sales.

It was the first time I had visited a dreams store. I was served by James. He went through all the colour codes and explained all the different types of products. He was excellent . He left me to it but seemed to just pop up when I needed help. He is an asset to your store and the reason I made my purchase there and then.

No pressure and friendly staff. Gave us time to work out what we wanted and offered help if needed

My overall experience was outstanding. All the staff were very welcoming and polite. The service I received from Amanda was exceptional, she really listened to what I wanted and gave me the best advice on my purchase.

One of the best customer service I've ever received. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The store manager sat with my toddler and entertained him while another colleague was processing my order, that was exceptional.

The store was nice and clean and well laid out, Angelo the sales person was very helpful and had a high level of knowledge of the product, he made us feel welcome and relaxed, he gave us some really helpful information and recommendations to assist in our choice of product, all this without the feeling of being put under pressure in anyway. Excellent, well done to all the store team for their friendly and professional approach during our visit.

the service was brilliant in every way on a previous visit we purchased another mattress for our caravan from the cannock branch but as we were away we were unable to fill out a suryey on that visit we spend £300 ish once again the service was brilliant.on this latest vist to bentley bridge we were attended to by amanda who was amazing with her information and people skills she made us very welcome and made time to chat with us as well
