Dreams - Wolverhampton

Was approached by a friendly staff member and asked if we needed help/wanted a drink whilst we looked around. Good selection of products and all neatly set out in a logical order which was fully explained how which colour represents which bed in relation to the type and firmness.

The staff for very friendly, efficient and down to earth. A member of staff nicknamed Slim got straight to the point as was very helpful.

The main reason for the high satification level was mainly due to the sales assistant Amanda. She was very helpful and helped us feel at ease. It was a great experience due to her professional and helpful manner.

This is my second bed purchase in the last 12 months. Received such excellent service first time with Dreams, had no hesitation in ordering for the second time. Delivery 100 miles away from store to my new home in Wales no problem

Angelo at the store at Wednesfield's Bentley Bridge was highly knowledgeable and was able to demonstrate all the differences of the mattresses / beds. He gave us time to try out all the types of mattresses, enabling us to choose the right one to suit our needs. I found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. We found it a great pleasure in all the shopping experience. The date of delivery is going to be quick and a date that suited us. I cannot express more highly the pleasure we had in being able to choose our next bed or to recommend the store to others. Thank you for employing such lovely staff, especially Angelo. Both Amanda and Jason could not have been more helpful. As a couple we are both over 70 yrs of age and were given good advice on the products and also they helped us with the best value for our affordability. We have used Dreams previously at your Bentley Bridge store in Wednesfield Wolverhampton having purchased bedroom furniture and bedding. Today was also an excellent experience and we both felt well cared for (Jason made us a coffee), and in our purchases having good value for our money.
