Slim, the store manager from Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton, was very helpful and friendly because of this we returned to the store and purchased a bed the next day

as we first come to the store we had a very warm welcome, the manager slim made us feel very comfortable, and pav made us a cuppa tea, we were very happy we found our dream bed, this is the second bed we bought from dreams in 3years! and we will come back again!

Very friendly and helpful staff.nothing was too much trouble and didnt feel as if i was rushed into a purchase. Was left to consider options, and help was readily available if certain items were unavailable. Every option was fully explained to me without me feeling under pressure. Altogether a most efficient and friendly experience. Would highly recommend.

We first went to the dreams at wensbury where the lack of knowledge was very disappointing given wrong information.. When we went to dreams at Bentley bridge the lady called Sharron was very understanding and very helpful with our order giving us correct information and also the manager slim was very helpful and couldn't apoligies enough for bad experience we had at the wensbury store

Sharon greeted us on arrival, she was informative and had a lot of knowledge on the products available. We told her how much we wanted to spend and she guided us in the right direction but also provided us with a number of options. She did not try to push us into a purchase, it was our choice. Overall we were very satisfied with the service.
