The staff there were so good and friendly. They understood what we wanted and helpes us in the best way without pressurising me or forcing me to buy anthing. They explained everything so well i reccomend this to family and friends. They put a smile on our face and thats the main thing.

Angelo was a very friendly, helpful and knowledgable sales person. He assisted us on our second visit, eventhough I had been rude to him on a previous visit to the store. He gave us the time we needed to test the mattresses and also made us feel comfortable by making us a drink and putting us at ease when we were unsure which choice to make. I would most definitely ask for his assistance if I was to return to the store to make another purcase.

I was in store with my 9 year old daughter and was greeted when I entered but was never pressured into anything. I was left to look at items. I was after a specific mattress and the assistant named James went to find the mattress I was after. Not once did I feel pressured and he also made a fuss of my daughter which she loved. It never felt like I was been upsold at all.

Knowledgable staff that understood my needs and met them with high expectations.
