The gentleman who served me was excellent. I didn't ask a question that he couldn't answer. Very early on in my visit i felt very comfortably and very pleased with his knowledge of the product. I asked one or two questions to which he said I will get that when I get back to my desk or something similar, when we got back to the station one of his colleagues had got the information ready. He said he had overheard ask for it. This showed great team work to me. I thought this store was exceptional.

Your assistant, Evangelos, was thoroughly professional and helpful throughout our visit to the store. His product knowledge was excellent and he went out of his way to make the experience a pleasure. He should be employee of the year!
