Sanj was very helpful and took a great deal of time with us. He explained everything to us and covered all our questions in detail. It was a pleasure to deal with Sanj and we totally felt at ease whilst drinking our coffee and placing our order. Thank you Sanj.

We were served by Evangalos who demonstrated that he knew a lot about the products, guided us to alternatives which would suite our needs, was always available and kept touching base with us, while also giving us time to think things through on our own before making a decision. No pushy salesmen, just friendly & helpful staff. The cup of tea was nice!. Even those staff who were not actually involved in my purchase were friendly and helpful.

Greeted once we were in the store. Had looked on internet and found a product which we were shown & explained it was the entry level. Angelo discovered our needs (firmness) & the type of bed we had at present. He then showed us the appropriate beds & we tried them. He then showed us other beds in store. With each bed he replaced the pillow with one we liked. We were then left to discuss how we felt (& what we were going to spend). Once we had decided the ordering went well. A pleasant cup of coffee too!
