Fabulous shopping experience, Angelo was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and I didn't feel pressured in the slightest. It was a change not to be set upon as soon as I walked in but was still acknowledged. We even got e decent cup of coffee.will definitely recommend to others.

Made to feel very welcome, was offered drinks twice during our visit. The shop worker (sorry can't remember his name) was very professional and friendly, also very good at his job, he explained everything about the bed we bought. We can't say anything negative about our experience in dreams, as it was all positive.

Friendly, knowledgeable advice given without being too pushy or intrusive. Good quality products, wide range of choices and good customer Covid-19 protection measures.

We visited your Wolverhampton Bentley bridge store on the 10/05/21 on entering the store we was greeted by a man, who asked an assistant to come assist us her name was pav, from the start she was very friendly, we said we was looking for a bed and we was very impressed with her service, she had great knowledge of all the 5 different mattresses she matched us to, she really listened to what we wanted which actually was a factor to us spending a lot more! We had a price we wanted to spend £1300 max but due to pav and her knowledge and service she gave we spent £2160 we will recommend her to are family and friends and she is a big asset to the store we feel lastly with all the covid rules she made us feel really safe and the practices that was in place we felt was very good

Very friendly staff,we have used the store before and have found the manager and is staff to be very polite and helpful,we have and would recommend to friends and family again.

The lady who assisting me was absolutely fantastic a great ambassador for your company Her knowledge of product was outstanding and she made suggestions of different materials, and frames I must say she went above and beyond my expectations
