The Assistant was fantastic. His name was Sanj and he welcomed us to the store, gave advice and then allowed us to try options without feeling pressured whatsoever. He was informative and in my view a very good colleague to represent Dreams. There is nothing worse that being followed around a store by a sales hungry person but he just got this right.

Because we did not feel rushed or pressured by any of the assistants and were comfortable wandering around the store un pressures trying any bed we were intrested with.We were also given a drink which we welcomed as we spend a fair time in your store debating which bed was for us.
