We walked in ,were greeted by friendly staff which helped with purchase and sale went very smoothly

firstly went in for a quote regarding a new bed for a resident for where I work and on return the assistant remembered me straight away . Very pleased with the experience at dreams from start to finish.

salesman Jason was most helpful offering us refreshment,which we accepted ,on completing the sale he also gave us a pillow so that we experienced, the best sleeping position on the beds we tested. he was not a "pushy" salesman and it was a pleasure to do business with him and Dreams .

served by Angelo. extremely helpful and professional. spoke to us as though we were the only ones that mattered,Gave 110% attention.very keen to listen to our needs and give appropriate advice, not one bit pushy. Offered us a drink and made us feel comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend this store to others and would definitely return in the future!

Sanj, the assistant who dealt with us was very patient, understanding and had very good knowledge of the products we looking for.

Wide Product knowledge of assistant made it very easy to understand the different types of mattresses available. He was very specific and clear. The assistant tried to understand the reason for the purchase, price range and firmness of the bed required and was therefore able to identify the type and mattress that would suit me.

the service we received at dreams was fantastic. i definatly will purchase from this store again the man at the store welcomed us straight away asked if we wanted any help. me and my husband were looking for a bed that would be comfortable for him as he suffers with sciatica. the bed recommended was the rosebury divan. our bed arrived yesterday and its fantastic so comfortable i will be telling all friends and family to pop into dreams and purchase this bed. thanks dreams

I was attended by sanj. I came into the store earlier in the day and he helped me find what I was looking for. When I returned later with my husband I made the purchase. He was very informative and went through all the details clearly and had remember my son's name from the first visit, and was very good with him dispute him being a terrible 2 jumping and climbing on the beds. Because of his excellent service I came back to the store despite living closer to another branch. I came away feeling I had got a great deal and am now excitedly awaiting my delivery.

we found exactly what we were looking for thanks to Angelo and nothing was too much trouble!He helped us through the bedrooms one by one and made helpful suggestions! He even got me a glass of water! We were going to have the wardrobes made and only went into the store for a few ideas but found even though the bgedrooms were difficult shape we ended up with what we think id a very good result!
