We received excellent customer service from Angelo who had great knowledge of the products on offer. He dealt with us promptly when we were placing our order. Other than the fact we spent slightly more than planned we are looking forward to receiving our new bed.

All though we were approached immediately after entering the store, we were simply greeted and offered a cup of tea/coffee. Rather than 'hound' us like what most sales places tend to do, we were made aware that if we needed any help or questions answering that he wouldn't be far away to ask, which allowed us to browse in peace and allow more time for choice to be made. What I liked was the fact we were given a pillow to put on the beds to test our comfort more accuratley. When deciding on our bed we were also offered the samples of colour and we subsiquently chose a different headboard to match our bed the way we wanted. Angelo was warm, friendly, extremely helpful and patient and we didn't feel 'preassured' into a decision but were dealt with efficiently and left the store totally satisfied with our purchase and service 😌

Sanj was fantastic!! He was genuine throughout, none of the shallow sales tactics, just honest advice and a patient and unflustered character. We are very difficult customers, often when in shops sales assistants become flustered with us as our opinions are bold. Sanj took it in his stride, was quietly confident and displayed his knowledge and listened to our individual wants. He double the budget we walked in with, we wanted to spend £500, 99.9% of the time that is exactly what we spend or nothing at all if we arent happy (that happens often too!). Sanj was such a good character, the budget doubled, and we left with a purchase of £1,000. So well done Sanj! Also Sharon made us a lovely cup of coffee whilst we sorted the details, she was very hospitable and kind. Keep doing the honest sales youre doing Sanj! Thank you!

Having shopped around for quality pillows at the right price, having just returning Northern Nights Pillows from QVC, I checked the internet for pillow reviews and found your Dreams pillows to be one of the best. I went to my nearest Dreams shop and found your new Down Surround Pillows. The staff explained that they were a new product and did not know too much about them, but were sure they would be fine. THEY ARE GREAT. I was so pleased that I went straight back to Dreams to tell your staff how good they are and that they can assure and recommend them to other customers without any concern. Thanks for a great nights sleep.

The salesman was available with any questions we had, without being pushy. He shared the information of a mattress we enquired about on the screen in store for the material content and demonstrated the bed frame well. They were there when we needed them without following us around the store, which I really dislike. All in all, they were responsive and professional

Excellent Service with no pressure to buy, & being shown a good variety of mattress options.

I was very pleased with the staff because they were very helpful as soon as we walk in at the Bentley bridge way in Wolverhampton where I bought the bed from, but the one in Wednesbury closes too me, when I went there first there were 4 staff and nobody asked if you would like any help, really bad customer service.

James freeman was very help full with usefull information with choosing the right matress and bed im very happy with the service
