Staff were so friendly and we instantly felt at ease and knew straight away this was where we was going to purchase our new mattress from and then we ended up buying a new bed also. We were dealt with by Sanjeev at the Bentley bridge Wolverhampton store and he was lovely, his colleagues were also very nice and friendly too. Was just a lovely experience coming to this store as we had been to several other bed stores and the service was appalling. Would highly recommend this store they were all lovely and we were dealt with to high standard and efficiently. Thank you so much

I was assisted by Sharon at the Wednesfield Store, she took time to explain the difference between the slats and mattresses allowing me time to look around at my own pace and being available whenever I had a question.
