This was a delightful experience as Angelo was very attentive to the purchase needs. He had excellent product knowledge and demonstrated products with confidence. He was friendly and attentive to any questions and showed that he had plenty of time to listen to requirements rather than just forcing products at us during the sale. He had excellent knowledge of mattresses and allowed us to try all varieties to find the most appropriate mattress. He was honest and did not over promise anything and provided excellent assistance throughout the whole experience. Very satisfied and will certainly recommend to friends and even visit for more products when required. :-)

Friendly sales man, he seemed to have a good idea what product was suitable for my needs, very helpful and honest about the features of the product quality. Offered me tea or coffee which I thought was very polite. Dreams stores have a good variety of beds and furniture, well pleased. What more could I say 10/10.

Jason was very calm, approachable, introduced himself politely, very knowledgeable about products and offers in store. Took time to explain the range of products on offer. He asked us what we were looking for and what our needs were and tailored our purchase to suit our needs.

As we went in an assistant asked us if we needed any help we said we were looking and would come to him when we had any questions or needed any help.We were left to browse at our leisure and when we had anything to ask the staff were very helpful and could not do any more it was a pleasure dealing with them

FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN WE FELT AT EASE THE STAFF GREETED US AND LEFT US TO LOOK AROUND THEN AFTER ABOUT 10 MINS ONE OF THE STAFF CAME UP TO US TO ASK IF WE WERE OK WE WERE OFFERED A HOT DRINK WHICH WAS WELCOMED. AS WE WERE AFTER A MATTRESS SANJ THE SALES PERSONAL WENT THROUGH THE RANGE AND DESCRIBED THE BENNIFITS OF THEM
