The last question did not apply. I was very satisfied with the assistance I received. To start with I was unsure of which type of bed I wanted, but I was shown all the options at great length, and this helped me to come to a satisfactory decision. This persuaded me that what I have purchased will be good for me.

Friendly staff, quick and easy transaction

Angelo was extremely helpful and friendly. He show me the sleep master machine and I got my delivery today, on time and the delivery man told me some really useful information which I didn't know so I'm extremely happy with the service I've had from Dreams. I've wanted a new mattress for months and now finally got it and I can't believe how easy it was! It's been a Dream come true!!

This is the third time buying from Dreams and every time Angelo at the Wolverhampton branch has served us. He has always been brilliant all three times particularly this one, being during COVID regulations time. Despite that he gave us the best advice and went through every stage in great detail. James the salesman could not do enough for us he was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the mattresses and beds etc sold in store. Brilliant guy, can’t thank him enough.

All staff at dreams were very helpful and polite Rachel talked us through everything to do with our purchase We were offered drinks And we felt safe while we were there.
