Jason was very helpful, he spent time showing us different types of mattresses and explaining the different types before leaving us alone to have a try and chat about which we preferred before asking if we needed any further info. I felt there was an open, honest and empathic approach from staff. We were left alone to discuss but staff were on hand to answer queries if required. They all had a friendly manner without being overfamiliar.

Me and my husband was very happy with our purchase and the exceptional service that we received from sanj. We wanted to go in to the shop to check for prices and a bed a certain height for us as we are getting on, the service we received was by far the best service we have ever received and sanj gave us the space, time and a nice cup of tea whilst we browsed. We did not intend to spend as much as we did, however we were both given all the right knowledge which made sense for us to purchase the bed which did. Sanj most definitely is an asset to dreams.
