The assistant, Slim, was very friendly and helpful. Made us a cup of tea, he wasn't pushy at all and didn't get annoyed when I kept changing my mind. The product we purchased was on offer so it was great value.

When I came into the store I was straight away acknowledged by I believe the store manager of the name Slim. He asked me if i needed any assistance, I explained that I had brought beds for my children a number of years ago and that the wooden slat had broken, I was going to order another headboard but was told that I could not get that colour and shown alternatives. Slim then asked what had broken on it he asked if I could bring it into store and he would try to repair it or send it to head office. I want home to collect it and left it with the manager. Upon my return he had fixed the headboard! I was very relived as my 11 year old son was experiencing problems when asleep as he was pushing against the headboard. The service was beyond outstanding i personally felt comfortable being served by Slim. I have shopped in this dreams store before and service has always been great. However this is the first time i have met Slim he was friendly had a lot of product knowledge I also purchased some pillows for my children in my opinion he went above and beyond with his customer service.Great service great store will definitely be shopping there again and would highly recommend the store.

Upon arriving at the store we were welcomed and offered drinks, the assistant introduced himself and we discussed my problem and what we were looking for as the bed we ultimately wanted from Dreams 5 days previously. We were not able to have this bed due to the size not fitting but will most definitely be purchasing that bed when we move house :) Jason did not put us under pressure and provided us with a detailed quote for us to review before we purchased. We were left alone to discuss our decision before going ahead with the purchase. It was a very straight forward purchase and we were offered many methods of payment which was fantastic. Everything was answered and clearly explained. I thoroughly enjoyed our experience in purchasing a new bed from Dreams as we had never done this before and left there feeling very excited for my delivery 30 September 2015.

We were served by Angelo he was so friendly and helpful. He didn't rush us when we couldn't decide which mattress to buy.

We were purchasing a bed for my 81 year old mother (whose birthday it was that day). Obviously she had to come with us to choose and test the bed. She had not left the house for 3 months due to illness and this being her first outing was quite a big ordeal for her. We were able to park outside in the disabled spot. Once inside I located a chair and she sat just inside the doorway as her mobility is very limited but she has not yet accepted a wheelchair. We had only been there seconds when Slim, the Store Manager came to our assistance. He was SO helpful and attentive during what was a difficult and tiring outing for Mum. Having identified the suitable base he organised the chosen mattress to be swapped to the base so that she could experience the entire package. This was so much more than usual Salesman service it made Mum feel comfortable and special. She bought the bed and is looking forward to enjoying a good night's sleep. The paperwork was organised quickly and we were able to take the mattress with us. Thank you for making this a hassle free experience AND she saved some money.
