The store manager dealt with us, he was most polite and really helpful. When we told him our needs he took us straight to the bed we were looking for. When my husband said the sides of the mattress were too soft he smiled and said come and try this one and bingo - the perfect bed. We needed to buy a second bed also, and said we didn't want to spend the same amount again, he was interested in how much the bed would be used etc he nodded and just said try this one again the perfect bed. I really thought we would be in the shop for ages, but, no this man knew exactly what we wanted.

Very friendly staff member, spent a lot of time trying to find out our preferences and spending plenty of time searching for beds to try out, even after finding one we liked he still showed us more to make sure. Very easy to talk to and knew what he was talking about, especially as this was close to store closing.

The sales representative was extremely helpful and had a fantastic knowledge of the products to advise us on our purchase.

I first enquired about purchasing new bed the week before. Sanjeev assisted me, gave me all the information. Showed me different beds. I tried them all and made my Preference known but said could not make decision without discussion at home. Sanjeev kindly printed out details, along with delivery dates available. Excellent service without being pushy. I returned on 3rd July and completed purchase. All details completed. Mattress cover supplied to take old one away together with old bed. Insurance offered, refreshment offered. Couldn't be bettered.

We were pushing it for time when we arrived at the store and I was more our less hurtled from a moving car to get inside before closing time. My partner and I were both very stressed as we are both moving house and jobs! We thought we'd jump inside and quickly buy what 'we thought we wanted'. instead we were met by slim who immediately offered us a well needed cup of tea. He enquired as to what we were looking for then proceeded to talk us through our options that would suit both my partner and my needs. He was honest but fair about the products on offer and then encouraged us to try different mattresses until we found the right kingside for us and double for our guest room. He then took us through the documentation and payment process with ease and efficiency. Slim ended up staying 45 minutes late but instead of our experience being one of high Stress levels and a 'just get anything so it's done purchase' my partner and I came away relaxed and happy in the knowledge that we'd been helped to buy 2 mattresses that were perfect for us! Thank you for making moving house that little less stressful!
