Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Given assistance but also given space to look at our leisure. Staff asked relevant and appropriate questions to ascertain our needs.

Sharon our staff member was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgable.We tested our mattress before purchase and had a wide choice option.We were offered refreshment and talked through all the different types of products.Fast service on payment and plenty of delivery dates to choose from.Very pleased that our old mattress will be taken away as I was worried how we would dispose of it.Even bought pillows and a mattress protector too !

All of the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional especially Slim. He listened to what I was looking for out of my mattress and showed me some that were perfect and exactly what I was looking for! He also explained everything to me in plain english when it came to purchasing it which I really appreciated.He is very good at his job and I would 100% recommend him and Dreams to family and friends when they are next looking for a new bed.

We were dealt with quickly, both attendees were very helpful . Very friendly atmosphere! They gave us really good advice and we were able to make our choice on the day and order our bed on the same day. Everything was explained properly. I would recommend going to dreams if you want a bed and mattress to last long we also took the 10 yr garantee which i think is an excellent piece of mind. We were assisted by the store manager Slim, who was very friendly and welcoming. His knowledge of the products was outstanding and his assistance was informative but not overbearing - he gave us space to look for ourselves and to try out the products but was always on hand to give us further guidance when we needed it. He understood our needs and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend this store and Slim's customer service is outstanding!!

I normally dislike visiting any sort of furniture store due to highly pushy sales men. I like to have a wonder round, look in my own time and then get assistance when I need it - I got that on this visit. I didn't feel pounced on as soon as I came through the door. Slim was really knowledgeable and helpful and got us what we felt was a good deal.

The proffesional and friendky way we were treated was second to none. Sharon was both efficient and very polite and helpful , aso was friendly and made us feel relaxed . I think she is an asset to your store.

Sanjeev was very helpful, I explained that I suffered from sciatica and he explained the best mattresses that would offer support.
