Friendly and helpful assistance in Angelo without feeling pressured at any point. I already knew which frame I wanted but needed assistance choosing a suitable mattress.

We were not rushed to make a purchase and was given all the information and answers were provided to all our questions. Quotaton was given to us to mull over with no pressure.

The sales manager, Slim, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. He had extensive knowledge of the products available to suit our requirements. He processed our order swiftly and was polite and courteous at all times.

The sales assistant opened the shop early El enable us to shop as we were unaware of the opening times and made me and my mom a hot drink while we were completeling the order! It's very rare nowadays to good genuine customer service.

The reception and the friendliness of the colleagues was very helpful. They also offered me some tea and the discussion was also very friendly I also got some good advice about my purchase.

I did visit the store quite late in the day and it was quiet but the store manager, was extremely helpful without being ushy and following me around. He offered assistance but also left me to browse in my own time. I found there was lots of choice and what I was looking for. I will need another bed some time over the next year and this will be my first port of call.

I had been recommended to deal with Dreams in Wolverhampton specifically by a friend and I am glad I did. Service and help was fabulous. Sanj was particularly helpful and worked within the budget I had to spend.

Sanjeev helped us every way especially has my Wife is disabled, showed her different mattresses and explained the differences in them also with assistance of a colleague they changed the mattress that was on the bed my wife wanted for one that would suit her in getting into and out of bed, also explained every thing about the bill, so overall we were very pleased that my wife got the bed she wanted in very little time therefore saving us hours going around other stores Thank You

Looking for a good quality bed as just moving in to new home. expected to pay a lot more than I did & found the perfect bed at a great price. I will be going back to purchase a bed for my son. assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly.
