Sanj was very friendly and helpful, he was very knowledgeable about the products and made the process easy for me, being a first time buyer moving into a new house. Rather than just trying to sell me products and pressurise a sale he made it clear to ensure that I should choose whatever is right for me.

I have issues with arthritis and Sanj was very knowledgable on your products and showed me alternatives to try. His advice was very useful in explaining about the different types of mattress and levels of comfort and support.

Warm , friendly helpfull staff, without making me feel pressurised, insisted i take the time to try various beds as they felt it was important for me to be certain of my choice. Clear product knowledge when i specified certain requirements, such as materials and fillings. Made me aware of the Dreams satisfaction policy and extra warranty that was available. My wife and i are simple Black country working folk and at no point did we feel pressured or undervalued as people or customers during our visit, the whole experiance was a pleasure and we are glad we chose Dreams and especially this store.

From the moment I entered the store I was met by a friendly face. The store assistant (Jag) was professional and extremely helpful without being pushy. Nothing was too much trouble. Jag gave me time to look around and weigh-up my options; even waiting for me to call my husband a few times before purchasing. Payment was quick and easy with every step explained and I was able to choose my delivery date. Jag explained that I could amend delivery in the next 48 hours along with amending my order if I chained my mind. A very pleasant experience made all the better by Jag's professional attitude and demeanour.

Sanj was a lovely guy, who helped us in a professional manner throughout. We felt very much at ease with him and he knew a lot about the products. In addition it was nice to be given time to test different mattresses.
