from walking through the door Sharon greeted me and was able to meet my every need and was very efficient and very imformative

Staff were friendly warm and very helpful. They weren't. "Pushy " and forceful at all. They understood what I was looking for and were extremely helpful. Order and payment was very quick and I walked out of the store feeling satisfied .. I was even asked if I needed help with my bags ( pilliows and duvets is bought ) .. I would recommend this particular store to any family & friends ( Bentley Bridge , Wolverhampton ) ..,brilliant customer service .., thank you

As soon as we walked in we we're welcomed and straight away helped us with our enquiries, offered drinks and very helpful

Visited Bentley Bridge store at Wolverhampton and was served by Sanjeev, he was very knowledgeable, very honest and a friendly pleasant member of the dreams staff. He was very patient letting us try a selection of different mattresses & helping with a variety of pillows. The perfect bed was chose and a great price too. Can't recommend Dreams enough and will recommend to all.

The service was great the Mattres Iv chose I believe is one of the best and can't wait for it to arrive .

The assistant was friendly and helpful. He had the product knowledge of the Tempur mattresses.
