I am satisfied. The operator I spoke to didn’t add the assembly service to my order which I had to phone back for and the first available delivery time is 3 weeks after delivery which is quite a long time to wait.

I tried to order online and it didn’t tell me until I had selected the items and completed the details that there was a 12 week wait. However I then phoned and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who advised me which items were causing the delay in delivery and suggested some alternatives do that I could have a delivery in 3 weeks.

Good service from the staff at the store only reason being that I didn’t put Highley satisfied was a pretty high price point for your products even with sale discount .

I think that the staff could have taken one place back to be 2 meters away. The staff also assumed a price range without asking us so I’d rather have been asked. The person who took our order joked about how women get very angry when you get their title (Mrs or Ms) incorrect which I found a bit inappropriate - I just want my details to be correct.
